Jeff was awarded in 2021 and 2022 ICON Status at eXp Realty for achieving exceptional sales volume and exemplifying eXp Realty’s core values (Top 3% out of 87,000 agents). Jeff was also recognized in eXp Realty’s 2022 Top 50 Agents in the nation list. Matheson Group Realty has also been recognized in the top 1% for units sold and volume in the Ottawa Real Estate Board. Jeff also has 15 years experience as a successful real-estate investor in the Ottawa market. He has learned firsthand how to navigate the waters of investment properties, including AirBnB properties, and has a strong grasp of the Ottawa real estate market.
